Louise Hill co-founded GoHenry, used equity to compete with Big Tech salaries she couldn't match, and sold the company to Acorns in 2023. She's now going through a second exit. She opens Edge 2026 with the decisions behind broad-based equity, the communication calls she got wrong first time, and what she'd do differently with the benefit of having seen both sides.
